Új bérlőkkel bővült az IP West legújabb fázisa. Az irodaház a XI. kerületben, a Lágymányosi híd lábánál helyezkedik el. A fejlesztő AIG/Lincoln az épület régi bérlőjeként idén költöztette át az irodáját az új épületrész 4. tornyába. Dalkia, a francia energiaszektor vezető képviselője, 2007-ben költöztette az irodáját az IP West-be és nemrégiben bővült át az új épületrészbe. Egy új irodabérleti szerződés is köttetett; az EBV Elektronik költözött be az új fázis második emeletére. Az iroda-, és szálloda bútorok, illetve lakberendezési cikkek értékesítésével foglalkozó Office Line bemutatótermet és irodát nyitott a földszinten. Ezen kívül a Transcom Shared Service Center is nemrégiben írta alá a bérleti szerződését több, mint 3,000 m2 irodaterületre. A Transcom a harmadik kerületi irodájából költözik át közel 600 alkalmazottal. Bereczki Zsombor, a Transcom Hungary ügyvezetője elmondta: „Részletesen megvizsgáltuk az irodapiaci lehetőségeket és végül az IP West mellett döntöttünk, mert az épület minden igényünknek megfelelt. Számunkra fontos volt, hogy az épület amellett, hogy könnyen megközelíthető, megfeleljen a technikai, az IT és a HR követelményeinknek is. Biztosak vagyunk abban, hogy az AIG/Lincoln minden tekintetben a legjobb megoldást kínáló partner a számunkra.” 

Várhatóan szeptemberben nyílik meg az új épületrészben található étterem is. A teljes projekt szolgáltatások széles körét kínálja; például két éttermet kávézóval, melyekhez terasz tartozik a belső kertben, autómosót, ATM-et, egy bankfiókot és helyszíni épületüzemeltetést. Budapesten egyedülálló módon az IP West rendelkezik a legjobb parkolási lehetőségekkel. Az épületek mélygarázsában több, mint 800 gépkocsi parkolása oldható meg. Egy egyedülálló, 2500 m2-es irodaépület kínál kiváló székház bérlési lehetőséget kiváló láthatósággal, külön bejárattal, ami teljes szeparáltságot biztosít, ugyanakkor élvezi az épület összes szolgáltatásának előnyét is.

Newest phases of IP West reached nearly 40% occupancy

Tenants are moving into the newest towers of IP West office building located at the foot of the Lágymányosi Bridge in the 11th district. The developer AIG/Lincoln, as one of the tenants, has relocated their office to the 4th tower of the building. Dalkia (French market leader in the energy sector) first moved to the building in 2007 and now has expanded into a larger space from the first phase and EBV Elektronik relocated their office and moved into the 2nd floor. Office Line, the office- home- and hotel furniture retailer has opened their showroom and main office on the ground floor. Furthermore, Transcom Shared Service Center has signed a lease agreement for over 3,000 m2 relocating close to 600 employees from their 3rd district office. Zsombor Bereczki, the general manager of Transcom Hungary commented: “We carried out an extensive search of the market and finally selected IP West as the building that meets our existing requirements. The most important for us was a well located building meeting all technical-, IT and HR requirements. One that suits our corporate identity and satisfies our clients. The restaurant of the newest phase is due to open in September. The building has wide range of services such as 2 restaurants and cafes with outdoor seating area on the terraces, carwash, ATM, a bank branch, dry cleaning service and on site facility management operated by the developer. IP West has the best parking ratio among all office buildings in Budapest. The building has over 800 car parking spaces underground.
